The adhering-sweeping integrated roller type bed brush comprises a handle and a roller for disinfecting a fitted sheet. The handle comprises a grip and a steel wire frame, the rear end of the steel wire frame is fixed to the grip, and the front of the steel wire frame forms a pincer shape and has two side rods； the front ends of the side rods are bent over inwards, and the roller is installed at the front ends of the two side rods. The adhering-sweeping integrated roller type bed brush is characterized in that the bed brush further comprises a disposable hairbrush which comprises a base plate, brush bristles and mounting rods. The base plate is in a strip shape, and the brush bristles are fixed to the front side of the base plate； the number of the mounting rod is two, and the mounting rods are fixed to the two ends of the base plate respectively； the mounting rods extend out backwards, and the rear ends of the mounting rods are connected with the side rods of the steel wire frame through detachable connection devices. The disposable hairbrush is installed or not installed in accordance with use requirements, and thus a function of the bed brush is changed, to perform brushing sweep or adhering sweep and achieve an ideal sweeping effect.
