An oral medical assist device for covering an oral area of a patient, including a mask body, is provided. The mask body, is at least partially transparent and defines an internal space, including a suction connecting portion and an operation portion. The suction connecting portion and the operation portion are configured to opposite to each other. The operation portion includes at least one opening. The suction connecting portion is configured to connect to a medical suction devices to absorb objects in the internal space while the mask body covers the patient's oral area. Another oral medical assist device includes a closed end, so that the droplets from the oral area will not be spread outside of the mask body.
