More specifically, the present invention relates to an antibody specifically binding to FOLR1 or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, an antibody-drug conjugate including the antibody and the antigen-binding fragment thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating diseases including the same.
