PURPOSE: A raising system using an air lift device and a shrimp raising method are provided to eliminate needs of a water pump, an oxygen supplier, and a skimmer, thereby raising shrimps by a simple device. CONSTITUTION: A raising system(100) includes a partition wall(120) and a plurality of air lift devices(1). The partition wall is located in the center of a raising tank(110). The air lift devices include pipes, air supply pipes, and air distributers. An air discharging hole whose top is partially opened and a fluid inflowing hole whose bottom is partially opened are placed in the pipes. The air supply pipes supply air from the tops to the bottom of the pipes. The air lift devices faces the direction opposite to a first direction.본 발명은 물고기, 새우 등과 같은 어류를 양식하기 위한 양식장 시스템 및 양식 방법에 대한 것으로, 특히 파이프 내부에 공기를 공급함으로써 물의 유입과 함께 미세한 공기방울을 배출하는 에어 리프트 장치를 이용하여, 종래에 일반 순환여과식 양식장에서 사용되는 양수기를 비롯한 많은 종류의 기기를 일체 사용하지 않고도 양식장 사육조 안의 물을 정화하여 재사용하는 차세대 고밀도 양식시설에 관한 것이다.
