PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the response of air conveyance and water conveyance.SOLUTION: An air conveyance and water conveyance operation valve of an endoscope includes: a cylinder body formed with an air supply port connected with an air supply pipe for supplying gas, an air conveyance port connected with an air conveyance pipe for sending gas to a tip portion of the endoscope, a water supply port connected with a water supply pipe for supplying liquid, and a water conveyance port connected with a water conveyance pipe for sending liquid to the tip portion of the endoscope a gas flow channel connecting the air supply port and the air conveyance port a vent hole connecting the air supply port and the outside a liquid flow channel connecting the water supply port and the water conveyance port a piston body supported in an advanceable and retractable manner in a cylinder-axis direction between a first position and a second position inside a hollow part of the cylinder body and a pressure control valve provided in a middle or an opening of the gas flow channel and giving precompression to the gas flow channel.
