The present invention relates to a malodor removing apparatus employing a novel structure to effectively remove the malodor generated in a barn. According to the present invention, the malodor removing apparatus includes: a body (A) connected to the barn through air supply pipes (20) while having an exhaust port (11) formed on a side； and an ozone supply means (B) which is connected to the body (A) to supply ozone into the body (A). The body (A) includes: an external case (10) having the exhaust port (11) formed on the front surface； a mixing tube (30) which is arranged on the inner center part of the external case (10) in a vertical direction while having the air supply pipes (20) connected to a side and a discharging port (23) formed on the lower circumferential surface； and multiple partition units (41, 42) arranged to surround the circumference of the mixing tube (30). Upper and lower openings (41a, 42a) are alternately formed on the upper and lower ends of the partition members (41, 42). The air supplied to the inside of the body (A) through the air supply pipes (20) sequentially passes through the upper and lower openings (41a, 42a) to move to the exhaust port (11) to be discharged to the outside therethrough.
