Disclosed is a motion guide and feedback providing method of exerciser using a sensor. The method comprises: a step of allowing an application installed in a terminal of an exerciser to receive an exercise video corresponding to an exercise step of the exerciser from a server and display the received exercise video； a step of allowing a sensor to sense at least one exercise among a coronal plane exercise, a sagittal plane exercise and an axial plane exercise, and output angle information according to a result of the sensing； a step of allowing the application to receive the angle information from the sensor； a step of allowing the application to extract reference data from the exercise video, and calculate an exercise angle value by using the angle information and the reference data； a step of allowing the application to generate motion data of the exerciser by using the reference data and the exercise angle value； and a step of allowing the application to display motion information including the reference data, the exercise angle value and the motion data.
