A brine solution comprising: (a) water, (b) (i) sodium chloride, and (ii) a salt comprising one or more phosphates, (c) one or more methylcellulose, one or more (B) is present in an amount of 3 to 20% by weight, based on the weight of the brine solution, (c) and (c) and (D) is present in such amount that the amount of (c) plus the amount of (d) is from 0.2% to 5% based on the weight of the brine solution, the amount of (d) , 15% to 30% by weight, based on the sum of the weights of (a), (c) and (d).
