The base (10) has a transmission channel (CL1, CL1'). The contact member (201) is movably provided on the base (10) and has an ejection channel (CL2, CL2'). A tail end of the contact member (201) directly contacts a skin surface, and the contact member (201) can switch between a closed position and a communicated position to eject a fluid provided by the fluid ejection device (900) and to cause the pressurized fluid to directly act on the skin surface.
