PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zirconia-based composite ceramic sintered compact capable of being colored to white appropriate for a dental prosthesis while maintaining its mechanical and physical properties, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The method for producing the zirconia-based composite ceramic sintered compact includes: semi-sintering a zirconia-alumina composite ceramic containing an alumina particle and a zirconia particle comprising of tetragonal zirconia containing ceria of 8 to 12 mol%, forming the composite ceramic dipping the formed composite ceramic in a neodymium ion solution or complex solution drying the dipped composite ceramic and finally sintering it.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 機械的,物理的物性を維持しつつ、歯科用補綴物に適した白色に簡単に着色することが可能なジルコニア系複合セラミック焼結体及びその作製方法を提供する。【解決手段】 8~12モル%のセリアを含有し正方晶ジルコニアで構成されるジルコニア粒子と、アルミナ粒子とを含むジルコニア-アルミナ複合セラミックを仮焼成した後成型加工し、ネオジムのイオン溶液又は錯体溶液に浸漬し乾燥させた後に本焼成することを特徴とするジルコニア系複合セラミック焼結体の作製方法とする。【選択図】 なし
