A composite coating layer formed on a ceramic structure and method of forming the same are disclosed in the present invention. The composite coating layer is formed on the surface of the dental ceramic structure. The composite coating layer is made of a dental ceramic material with lower sintering temperature as a base and a ceramic powder with higher melting temperature as an additive. By a simple sintering process, the composite coating layer having a plurality of ceramic nano-particle and a plurality of the porous formed thereon, wherein ceramic nano-particles are dispersed in the surface layer of the composite coating layer, and accumulated around porous. By coating the composite coating layer on the dental ceramic structure the resin cement can infiltrate into these porous, strongly bonding with the dental ceramic structure to provide a good fixed effect between the dental ceramic prostheses and the true teeth.本發明提供一種形成於一陶瓷結構表面的複合介層及形成該複合介層的方法。此方法為引入一複合介層於陶瓷結構表面,複合介層是以牙科瓷粉為基底,經簡易燒瓷程序即可將奈米陶瓷顆粒固著於複合介層之表面,複合介層表面並形成多個細微孔洞,奈米陶瓷顆粒聚集於該些細微孔洞周圍,增加陶瓷牙橋貼合面的表面粗糙度,使複合樹脂黏著劑容易與牙科陶瓷鍵結,進而提升陶瓷牙冠、牙橋、牙釘柱與自然齒的固定效果。
