The present invention relates to a spherical ceramic granule and a production method thereof. The ceramic granule comprises: a ceramic composition having pores； and calcium oxide (CaO) contained in the ceramic composition. To this end, the method for producing the ceramic granule comprises the following steps: a) preparing an organic/inorganic composite solution； b) injecting the organic/inorganic composite solution prepared in the step a) into a microgranule coater of an electrostatic charge way to produce spherical granules； c) inducing polymerization with the spherical granules prepared in the step b)； d) washing and drying the spherical granules polymerized in step c)； and e) forming ceramic beads by sintering the spherical granules washed and dried in the step d).
