摘要：: Provided is a packaged non-tea beverage, excellent in the storage stability of the flavor, color tone and content of catechins. The packaged non-tea beverage, which includes a purified green tea extract having a ratio of gallate-type catechins in non-polymer catechins of less than 50% by mass, contains (A) 0.072 to 1.2% by mass of non-polymer catechins and (B) 0.001 to 12 mg/100 mL of gallic acid.本發明係提供一種容器裝非茶飲料,其口味及色調、以及兒茶素含量之保存穩定性良好。本發明之容器裝非茶飲料,其調配非聚合物兒茶素類中之兒茶素沒食子酸酯體比率不足50質量%之純化綠茶萃取物而成,且含有(A)0.072~1.2質量%之非聚合物兒茶素類;及(B)0.001~12 mg/100 mL之沒食子酸。
