PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow easy movement of body fluid absorbed in an upper layer absorber to a lower layer absorber, prevent leakage and backflow of body fluid and reduce discomfort caused by the upper layer absorber.SOLUTION: Engaging embossment 10 is applied to a peripheral edge part of an upper layer absorber 4B so as to straddle the upper layer absorber 4B and a lower layer absorber 4A while laminating the upper layer absorber 4B and the lower layer absorber 4A. The engaging embossment 10 is composed of plural pieces of engaging embossment 10a arranged on both sides of the upper layer absorber 4B along a substantially width direction at intervals set in a longitudinal direction, and plural pieces of front and rear engaging embossment 10b arranged at the front and rear of the upper layer absorber 4B along a substantially longitudinal direction at intervals set in a width direction.
