PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seeding machine capable of directly seeding burgeoned or rooted seeds with an accurately constant amount without damaging the burgeon and the root.SOLUTION: The seeding machine includes a hopper 10, a roller 20 and a guide element 30. The hopper is provided with a front wall 12, a rear wall 13 and an upper end opening 11 in which seeds S are thrown. The roller is set at the lower end part of the hopper plural guide walls 22 are set around on the outer peripheral surface of a body part 21 rotating in the surface lifting direction to a hopper fall down opening at equal intervals in the axial direction, and guide grooves 23 are formed between adjoining guide walls. In each guide groove, guide pins 24 are stood at positions shifted in the peripheral direction at equal intervals. The rear part of the outer peripheral surface of the guide wall is adjoined or slidingly contacted to the lower end of the front wall of the hopper.
