Provided is a bendable machining tool in which the base end of a guide section (3) that has a long and narrow shape is connected to a handpiece. A tip member (2) that is bendable with respect to the guide section (3) is provided to the tip of the guide section (3). A tool (1) is rotatably supported by the tip member (2). The guide section (3) comprises: an outer pipe (21) a rod member (24) that advances or retreats in the axial direction and changes the bending angle of the tip member (2) and a tool rotation shaft (23) that transmits the rotation of a tool rotation drive source to the tool (1). The rod member (24) is brought into contact with and supported by the inner peripheral surface of the outer pipe (21) and the outer peripheral surface of an internal pipe (22).
