PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorber and an absorbent article, which are excellent in leakage preventability in use and hydrolyzability after disposal.SOLUTION: This hydrolyzable absorber 4 includes a hydrolyzable absorber layer 41 and a water insoluble resin layer 42.
