The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for preventing skin aging and wrinkle amelioration. More specifically, disclosed is a method for manufacturing a cosmetic composition which is excellent in the prevention of skin aging and amelioration of wrinkles while being applicable to skin by removing fermentation smell due to microbial fermentation through the bioconversion of a soybean germ extract using an enzyme.
