The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a cosmetic composition with whitening effect containing fermented citron extract and the cosmetic composition. The cosmetic composition contains the fermented citron extract obtained by the method comprising: cutting citrons into small pieces naturally drying flesh, skins, and seeds of the citrons and then finely grinding using a grinder adding a solvent like water 10 times the weight ratio of the dried citron powder and extracting the extract at 30-60°C for 12-24 hours removing microorganisms in supernatant of the extract, which has been filtered with a filter cloth, using a 0.2 um filter inoculating 1-10% of a culture fluid of Kazachstania unispora into the supernatant of the extract and incubating at 20-25°C for 4-7 days as an active ingredient, thereby being able to obtain the fermented citron extract having a whitening effect similar to previously developed arbutin. By fermenting the citron extract, the effects of the fermentation product, which is depolymerized or not in the original extract, on skin beauty and whitening are enhanced and a cosmetic composition containing the fermented citron extract, in which an active ingredient of citrons for skin beauty is depolymerized to easily be penetrated into the skin, can also be obtained.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015본 발명은 유자 추출물 발효액을 함유하는 미백효과를 갖는 화장료 조성물 제조방법 및 그 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 유자를 잘게 썰어 과육, 껍질, 씨앗을 자연 건조하고 믹서기로 곱게 분쇄하여 건조한 유자 분말 중량비에 대하여 물등의 용매를 10배 첨가하고, 30 ~ 60℃의 온도로, 12 ~ 24시간 추출하고, 상기 추출물을 여과포로 여과한 추출물 상등액을 0.2um 필터로 제균하고 제균된 추출물에 캐피어 균주(Kazachstania unispora) 배양액을 1 ~ 10% 접종, 20 ~ 25℃에서 4 ~ 7일간 배양하여 수득한 유자 발효 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유함으로써, 기존에 개발된 알부틴과 유사한 미백효과를 가지는 유자 추출물 발효액을 얻을 수 있으며, 상기 유자 추출물을 발효를 통하여 저분자화 되거나 본래 추출물에 없던 발효산물의 각종 상승적 피부미용효과와 미백효능이 더욱 좋아지며 안전성 면에서 매우 우수하며 발효를 통한 유자의 피부미용 유용성분이 저분자화 되어 피부 침투가 용이한 유자 추출물 발효액 함유 화장료 조성물을 얻을 수 있는 효과가 있다.
