PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physiologically active substance feeding device capable of feeding a physiologically active substance to a living body surface regardless of a shape of the living body surface.SOLUTION: An inflatable balloon 12 disposed at an outer peripheral part at a tip end of a shaft 11 includes six first inflation parts 13 that are annually aligned in the circumferential direction at the tip end of the shaft 11. The mutually adjacent first inflation parts 13 are partitioned by partition walls 15 with communication holes 14 and mutually communicated with each other via the communication holes 14 of the partition walls 15.
