PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pot-repacking apparatus improved in the performance for a holding member to hold a raising-seedling pot.SOLUTION: A flexible sheet 21 whose surface is formed like a file is glued on almost the whole surface of each plate splinter 2a that composes the holding member 2, including a part in contact with the raising seedling pot.
