PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursery pot transfer device capable of improving performance of a holding member to hold the nursery pot.SOLUTION: A flexible sheet 21 having a file-like surface is pasted on nearly all the surface of each plate piece 2a constituting the holding member 2 including a part contacting with the nursery pot.
