PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urine leakage prevention pad capable of preventing leakage of moisture to outside of a pad provided on an inner surface side of a diaper and the like, especially lateral leakage, and capable of being easily used and fastened to a pad body.SOLUTION: A urine leakage prevention pad 10 having liquid holding property is fastened to an almost rectangular pad body 20 which comprises: a waterproof material for forming an outer surface part during a wearing time a water permeable sheet 22 for forming an inner surface side during the wearing time a liquid holding absorber 23 provided between the waterproof material and the water permeable sheet and a left and right pair of gathers 24 provided on the inner surface side during the wearing time, and provided closer to a center direction relative to both edge part of a longer direction of the absorber, along the longer direction of the absorber, the pad being fastened along the center longer direction of the absorber of the pad body.
