A trolley for a washing and disinfection apparatus, in particular for robotic surgical instruments, includes a pair of manifolds (1) provided with a series of radial outlets fitted with couplings (3) on which washing tubes (2) are mounted, a washing channel (4) that feeds the manifolds (1), a central connector (5) that feeds the washing channel (4), and a microfilter (8) in each manifold (1) that filters the wash/rinse fluid before it reaches the radial outlets being inserted axially into an end portion of the manifold (1) and being accessible through the end of the manifold (1) that is closed by a removable hermetic cap (10).
