SOLUTION: The solid powder cosmetic product contains 3-15 mass% water-soluble moisturizer and/or polyhydric alcohol and 1-15 mass% spherical powder of silicone elastomer. The organic value or inorganic value of the water-soluble moisturizer and the polyhydric alcohol falls within the range of (inorganic value) +0.5× (Organic value) &ge 300 and 0.3&le (Inorganic value)/(organic value) &le 2 ON an organic conceptional diagram.
