PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder-containing water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic which provides a light touch feeling, excels in cosmetic durability and can obtain high storage stability.SOLUTION: There is provided a powder-containing water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic which comprises: (A) a polyhydric alcohol-fatty acid ester type surfactant which has an HLB value of 6 or less and is liquid at 25°C (B) 5 to 20 mass% of a hydrogenated polyisobutene based on the total amount of the powder-containing water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic and (C) a silicone-based film-forming agent.
