PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution to the problem that a conventional solid powder cosmetic only for water use is insufficient in terms of cosmetic durability because it is blended with sweat due to well-blending with water although cool sensation is given at application.SOLUTION: It is found that by combination of the following (a) to (d) in a solid powder cosmetic used with a puff containing water when used, a solid powder cosmetic which is well taken to a puff, well spreads on the skin, gives no taut feeling after application, and has excellent cosmetic durability can be obtained. Specifically, the present invention is a solid powder cosmetic using water, which contains the following components (a) to (d): (a) 50 to 80 mass% of fluorine compound-treated powder, (b) 1 to 20 mass% of spherical polymethyl methacrylate, (c) 1 to 20 mass% of hydrophilic powder, and (d) 0.01 to 2 mass% of a surfactant having an HLB of 12 or more.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来の水使用専用の固形粉末化粧料は塗布時の清涼感は得られるものの、水と粉末を良好に馴染ませるために汗にも馴染んでしまい、化粧持続性という点で不十分であった。【解決手段】使用時にパフ等に水を含ませて使用する固形粉末化粧料において下記(a)~(d)を組合せることにより、パフへの取れが良好で、肌への伸びが良く、塗布後つっぱり感がなく化粧持続性に優れた固形粉末化粧料が得られることを見出した。すなわち本願発明は、次の成分(a)~(d);(a)フッ素化合物処理粉末 50~80質量%(b)球状ポリメタクリル酸メチル 1~20質量%(c)親水性粉末 1~20質量%(d)HLB12以上の界面活性剤 0.01~2質量%を含有することを特徴とする水使用固形粉末化粧料である。【選択図】なし
