PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic for a non-gas-type foamer, providing good foam quality, easily attaching to the hair after being defoamed, and heightening the feeling of the hair well.SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic for the non-gas-type foamer is obtained by formulating at least a stearoxyhydroxypropylmethyl cellulose and a cationic surfactant.
