The smoke ventilation apparatus comprises: a brazier portion having a space for roasting meat inside and a side ventilation device into which the smoke generated inside the brazier portion is transferred and which is combined to an external ventilation portion to transfer the transferred smoke to the external ventilation portion, wherein the external ventilation portion is combined to the side ventilation device at the upper portion of the side ventilation device. The smoke ventilation apparatus can smoke very well even with charcoal smoke or a small amount of a smoking material through a convection current phenomenon when roasting meat, prevents a grill and meat from burning, prevents the loss of heat, and can be used by being added to an apparatus used in a preexisting restaurant, thereby saving modification costs at the preexisting restaurant.Linvention concerne un appareil de ventilation de fumée.
