This invention relates to a AT-332 strain (the Japan deposit number NITE BP-1095, the Taiwan deposit number BCRC 910571) and a AT-79 strain (the Japan deposit number NITE BP-1094, the Taiwan deposit number BCRC 910570) of Bacillus species isolating from the nature, and a plant disease control and eradication agent, a nematode control and eradication agent and a plant growth accelerating agent containing the strains thereof for the useful germs.
