PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet material fitting tool capable of certainly fitting a sheet material on a tubular body so that it is not slipped out or removed from the tubular body by swinging and vibration of the sheet material. SOLUTION: This sheet material fitting tool 10 fits a peripheral edge part 12a of a sheet material 12 by making it contact with an outer periphery of a tubular body 11 constituting a support frame body of a highly set cultivating device, etc., and is furnished with a fitting tool main body 14 having a cutout part 13 in the axial direction on one part of a peripheral wall of a cylindrical body formed of an elastic material and a stopper part 15 extensively provided in a projected state from a side edge of the cutout part 13 of this fitting tool main body 14.
