CONSTITUTION: A water lever controlling device for water in a rice field comprises a case body(1), a water level regulating case(2), a drain pipe(3), and a length regulating device. The case body is installed in a ridge between rice fields. The case body has an opened front side, graduations(11) in the upper part, and through holes. The water level regulating case is installed inside of the case body and comprises an inlet(21) in order that water can be flowed in. The drain pipe is a corrugated part formed into a furrowed shape.
