The present invention relates to a new structured device for capturing various types of fish while preventing dying of the captured fish. A device for capturing fish according to the present invention forms an inlet which has a trap in one side of a capturing unit (10) to store water inside, and water comes inside the capturing unit when the capturing unit is soaked in case of high tide. Dying of fish confined inside the capturing unit can be prevented by storing a specific level of water in a reservoir even if the sea water goes out in case of low tide.본 발명은 포획한 어류(3)가 폐사하는 것을 방지할 수 있으면서, 다양한 종류의 어류(3)를 포획할 수 있도록 된 새로운 구조의 어류 포획장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 어류 포획장치는 내부에 물을 저장할 수 있도록 된 포획유닛(10)일측에 트랩(11a)이 구비된 입구(11)가 형성되어, 밀물 때 포획유닛(10)이 물에 잠기게 되면 포획유닛(10)의 내부로 물이 유입되며, 썰물이 되어 바닷물이 물이 빠지더라도, 상기 저수조(12)에는 항상 일정한 수위의 물이 저장되어, 포획유닛(10)의 내부에 갇힌 물고기가 폐사하는 것을 방지할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
