In an apparatus for cultivating peanut sprouts using cultivation trays in which peanut seeds of peanut sprouts are planted, a peanut sprout cultivating apparatus according to the present invention includes: a cultivation chamber (200) which contains the cultivation trays and provides a planting space of peanut sprouts, and on which an exhaust fan (220) for exhausting internal air to the outside and an air circulator (210) for circulating the internal air are installed; a water feeder which is installed on the cultivation chamber to feed water to the cultivation chamber; a temperature controller which is installed on the cultivation chamber to control a temperature within the cultivation chamber to a set temperature; a multilayer-shaped loading stand which is disposed in the cultivation chamber, in which the cultivation trays are housed in a stacked form, which includes nozzles connected to the water feeder to sprinkle water to the cultivation trays through the nozzles, and on which space bars are installed to space apart bottom parts of the cultivation trays from the bottom of each layer of the multilayer-shaped loading stand; and a control part (300) which controls the exhaust fan, the air circulator, the temperature controller, and the water feeder to control temperature and humidity within the cultivation chamber. Therefore, a peanut sprout cultivating apparatus according to the present invention is capable of cultivating the peanut sprouts according to characteristics of peanut sprouts by installing devices for controlling sprinkling of water and circulation of internal air, and various sensors and temperature controllers on the cultivation chamber, and is capable of controlling humidity of the cultivation chamber through vaporization of water sprinkled from the sprinklers and water remained on the bottom surface of the cultivation chamber using a bottom heater (400) and a heater (410) as a
