The present invention relates to a resin composition for a mulching film comprising: (i) a biodegradable resin (ii) starch in which at least one of hydroxyl groups (-OH groups) of a glucose unit is hydrophobized with a silane and (iii) one or more compatibilizing agents selected from the group consisting of a graft copolymer in which maleic anhydride (MA) is grafted on a biodegradable polymer, an epoxidized oil, and a multifunctional compound having an epoxy group, and a biodegradable mulching film produced from the resin composition for the mulching film. The resin composition for the mulching film according to the present invention can improve processibility and mulching functionality of the film by comprising the starch which is hydrophobized with the silane, and can improve dispersibility of the starch and tensile strength and tensile elongation of the film by comprising the compatibilizing agent, thereby improving bonding strength between the biodegradable resin and the starch.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 (ⅰ) 생분해성 수지 (ⅱ) 글루코오스 단위의 수산기(-OH기) 중 적어도 하나가 실란으로 소수화 처리된 전분 및 (ⅲ) 생분해성 고분자에 무수말레인산(Maleic anhydride, MA)을 그라프트시킨 그라프트 공중합체, 에폭시화된 오일 및 에폭시기를 갖는 다관능성 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 상용화제를 포함하는 멀칭 필름용 수지 조성물 및 이로부터 제조된 생분해성 멀칭 필름에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 멀칭 필름용 수지 조성물은 실란으로 소수화 처리된 전분을 포함함으로써 필름의 가공성 및 멀칭 기능성을 개선시킬 수 있으며, 상용화제를 포함함으로써 생분해성 수지와 전분간의 결합력을 개선시켜 전분의 분산성 및 필름의 인장강도 및 인장신율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
