In the processing method, according to the type of an anesthetic drug, an appropriate anesthesia depth model is selected, so that the depth of anesthesia can be obtained more accurately, and the adaptability to the type of the anesthetic drug is increased.Cette invention concerne un procédé de traitement d'un signal d'électro-encéphalographie d'anesthésie, comprenant : l'acquisition d'un signal d'électro-encéphalographie au moyen d'un capteur d'électro-encéphalographie (S101) ； la sélection d'un modèle de profondeur d'anesthésie cible dans une base de données de modèles de profondeur d'anesthésie selon le type de médicament anesthésique, où la base de données de modèles de profondeur d'anesthésie est entraînée selon un type spécifique de médicament, un signal d'électro-encéphalographie correspondant et une profondeur d'anesthésie marquée (S102) ； et l'obtention d'une valeur de profondeur d'anesthésie sur la base du modèle de profondeur d'anesthésie cible et du signal d'électro-encéphalographie (S103).
