PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide underpants such as sanitary shorts which can be worn comfortably by a wearer.SOLUTION: Underpants 100 comprise: a body member 200 comprising a front bodice part 210 and a rear bodice part 220, a crotch part 230 connected to a front lower end part 212 of the front bodice part 210 and a rear lower end part 222 of the rear bodice part 220, and a stretchable part 240 connected to a front upper end part 213 of the front bodice part 210 and a rear upper end part 223 of the rear bodice part 220, and holds a waist part of a wearer and an attachment member 300 having a first end part 310 and a second end part 320 connected to the stretchable part 240, arranged closer to a wearer side relative to the crotch part 230 of the body member 200, and attached to a crotch part of a wearer.
