PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a conventional underpants for incontinence in which a front part is opened that a urine leaks easily to outside of an exterior sheet during incontinence.SOLUTION: An absorbent article comprises: an exterior sheet 13 comprising a front bodice area 10F and a rear bodice area 10R, on which a waist surrounding opening part 11 and leg surrounding opening parts 12R, 12L are formed； and an absorbent body 15 which comprises a liquid impermeable back sheet 20, a liquid permeable top sheet 22 and an absorber 21 provided therebetween.
