The present invention discloses a wireless data uplink transmission method and device. The method comprises: determining whether data waiting to be uplink transmitted contains a frame control instruction bit of a visible-light communication protocol; if not, then uplink transmitting the data via a Wi-Fi communication channel; and if so, then transmitting the data to a visible-light communication module to be processed as a specific MAC frame format, and then uplink transmitting the same via a Wi-Fi communication channel. Compared to the prior art, the technical solution in the present invention has the following advantages: for uplink data transmission, if the data contains a frame control instruction bit of a visible-light communication protocol, then the data is transmitted to a visible-light communication module to be processed as a specific MAC frame format and then uplink transmitted via a Wi-Fi communication channel.
