Disclosed herein is a pharmaceutical composition for skin that is apreparationcontaining a vitamin D3 compound and a corticosteroid as active ingredients,that isexcellent in the stability of each of the active ingredients, and that hasappropriatetransdermal absorbability of the active ingredients. The composition is a non-aqueouscomposition for skin comprising: (a) maxacalcitol (b) at least onecorticosteroidselected from the group consisting of betamethasone and esters thereof (c) atleast onelow-polarity ester oil having an IOB value of 0.07 or more but less than 0.20and (d) atleast one non-polar liquid solvent.
