This invention aims to provide a pharmaceutical composition for skin as a formulation including a vitamin D3 compound and a corticosteroid as active ingredients, wherein the pharmaceutical composition for the skin has exceptional stability of each of the active ingredients and suitable percutaneous absorptivity of the active ingredients. The present invention provides a non-aqueous composition for the skin, wherein the composition contains (a) maxacalcitol, (b) at least one corticosteroid selected from the group consisting of betamethasone and esters thereof, (c) at least one low-polarity ester oil having an IOB value from 0.07 to less than 0.20, and (d) at least one non-polar liquid solvent.本發明之課題在於提供一種皮膚用之醫藥組成物，其係含有維生素D3化合物與皮質類固醇作為有效成分之製劑，並且各有效成分之穩定性優異，具有適當之有效成分的經皮吸收性。本發明之組成物係皮膚用之非水性組成物，其含有(a)馬沙骨化醇(maxacalcitol)、(b)選自由倍他米松(betamethasone)及其酯組成之群中之至少一種皮質類固醇、(c)IOB值為0.07以上，未達0.20之至少一種低極性酯油、(d)至少一種非極性液狀溶劑。
