The present invention relates to an anti-thrombotic composition comprising a phenol compound as an active component. The phenol compound, according to the present invention, has excellent anticoagulant activity for inhibiting coagulation of plasma, induced by thrombin and has superior anti-thrombotic activity than aspirin, which is an anti-thrombotic agent, thereby being usefully used as an anti-thrombotic agent.본 발명은 페놀화합물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 항혈전용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 페놀 화합물은 트롬빈 작용에 의해 유도되는 혈장의 응고를 저해하는 항응고 활성이 우수하고, 항혈전제인 아스피린(aspirin)보다 항혈전 활성이 우수하여 항혈전제로 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
