A biomedical grinding equipment comprises an engine block or housing 10, a loading hopper 31 on the top of the engine block 10, a main rotating shaft 34 arranged horizontally in a crushing cavity 33 with a plurality of blades 32 and driven by a first motor 30. Below cavity 33 is an opening 35 leading to a through pipe 26, the opening closed by a sliding blocking plate 27 driven by motor 28. At the bottom of the through pipe 26 is a pushing plate 21 moved by a driven rotary disc 24, the pushing plate 21 driving material through an opening 11 into a grinding box 13. A rotary grinding head 48 in grinding box 13 is driven by motor 43 and reciprocated by a lifting threaded rod 46 driven by motor 42. The medicinal materials are initially pulverized and then ground, and the grinding effect is good and the efficiency is high.
