The present invention relates to a nanoparticle, which can prevent titer of a poorly soluble active component from being damaged as well as easily being applied to manufacturing a cosmetic product by encapsulating the poorly soluble active component, which is not appropriate to be applied to the cosmetic product, in a nano-sized high content since the poorly soluble component is not easily dissolved in a material such as water, oil, etc. though having a bioactive function and is easily damaged by an external stress such as heat, light, oxygen, etc., a manufacturing method thereof, and a cosmetic composition containing the nanoparticle. According to the present invention, since the nanoparticle is formed in a nanosize which is easy for a percutaneous absorption while containing a high content of the poorly soluble active component having low solubility for a low temperature solvent, a bioactive effect of a cosmetic material is excellent as enabling to improve a percutaneous absorption rate that the active component is absorbed to the skin at room temperature. In addition, since the active component, which is easily oxidized and damaged by an external factor such as heat, light, oxygen, etc., is protected by a coating film covering the nanoparticle from the external factor, a property and content stability are improved. Since it is possible to prevent the active component from being oxidized by dissolved oxygen which is dissolved in the solvent as the solvent is removed by drying, the titer is not lost and an original activation is maintained though being stored for a long period as being easily dispersed in water and dispersion stability is excellent.본 발명은 생리활성 기능을 가지고 있으나 물, 오일 등과 같은 소재에 쉽게 용해되지 않고 열, 빛, 산소 등과 같은 외부 스트레스에 의하여 쉽게 파괴되어서 화장품에 적용하기에 적합하지 않은 난용성의 활성물질을 나노입자 크기의 고 함량으로 캡슐화함으로써, 화장품 제조에 용이하게 적용하면서 유효성분의 역가가 손실되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 나노입자와 이의 제조방법 및 상기 나노입자를 포함하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 나노입자는 저온의 용매에 대한 용해도가 낮은 난용성 활성물질을 고 함량으로 함유하면서 경피 흡수가 용이한 나노 크기로 형성되므로, 상온에서
