A pineapple peeler includes a body, a holding device, a power unit, and a cutting device. The body is composed of a front sustaining frame, a rear sustaining frame, and a slide groove formed in one side of the body. The holding device is provided with an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder, and the outer cylinder has a threaded rod with male threads and the inner cylinder is provided with female threads. Further, a fixing claw base is installed at a rear end of the inner cylinder and rotated by the power unit. The power unit is provided with a brushless motor, which is to rotate stably the fixing claw base that is positioned at one end of the rear sustaining frame of the body. The cutting device is composed of a mobile base, a combining base and a blade base. The mobile base has plural rollers and the combining base has a shaft to enable the combining base to bendably turn around. The blade base is composed of a fixing frame and a connecting plate. The fixing frame is provided with a bearing kept fixed with a bolt so that the fixing frame may be tightly combined with an upper frame of the combining base, and then the cutting base may be rotated. Moreover, a blade-pinching frame is installed at one side of the connecting plate for pinching a blade, and a handle is threadably combined with the other side of the connecting plate, so a user can adjust the angle of the cutting base.
