The at least one lead includes a conductive line-shaped core, a first insulating layer, at least one carbon nanotube yarn, and a second insulating layer. The first insulating layer is disposed on an outer surface of the core. The at least one carbon nanotube yarn is spirally wound on an outer surface of the first insulating layer. The second insulating layer is disposed on the surface of the at least one carbon nanotube yarn. One end of the core extends out from the lead to form a naked portion. The at least one carbon nanotube yarn includes a plurality of carbon nanotubes joined end to end by van der Waals attractive forces.
