PURPOSE: Yellow soil-germanium bamboo salt containing strawberries, and a producing method thereof are provided to prevent the remaining of impurities generated from bamboo ashes in the salt. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of yellow soil-germanium bamboo salt containing strawberries comprises the following steps: inserting a yellow soil-germanium inner container(3) with plural holes having the diameter of 3-5mm into phyllostachys bambusoides(2), and inserting bay salt(4) into the inner container； inserting the phyllostachys bambusoides into a yellow soil-germanium outer container(1), and sealing the container； firstly heating the outer container in a kiln for 20-28 hours, and second heating the container at 800-1,200 deg C for 40-56 hours to obtain the bamboo salt； crushing bamboo salt after cooling； and mixing 94-98 parts of crushed bamboo salt by weight with 2-6 parts of strawberry powder by weight, and drying the mixture at 400-600 deg C in a yellow soil-germanium container for 10-14 hours.본 발명은 왕대나무(2) 속에 끼운 다수개의 구멍(5)이 뚫린 황토 게르마늄 내병 용기(3)에 천일염(4)을 넣고, 상기 천일염(4)이 포함된 왕대나무(2)를 황토 게르마늄 외병 용기(1)에 넣고 밀봉하여 가마에 넣고 가열하여 죽염을 제조한 후, 상기 죽염에 딸기분말을 혼합하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 딸기를 함유하는 황토 게르마늄 죽염의 제조방법 및 상기 방법으로 제조된 딸기를 함유하는 황토 게르마늄 죽염에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 방법은 황토 게르마늄 내병 용기 내에 소금을 넣고 소금과 왕대나무의 직접적인 접촉은 피하되 내병 용기에 다수개의 구멍을 뚫음으로써 대나무 성분이 구워지는 소금에 많이 침투되게 함으로써, 대나무 성분은 많이 함유하되 쇳가루나 잿가루는 포함하지 않는 유용한 죽염을 제조하고, 이렇게 제조된 죽염에 딸기분말을 첨가함으로써 딸기의 영양성분을 포함할 뿐만 아니라 기호도 측면에서 우수한 죽염을 제공할 수 있다.
