PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bush cutter in which a cutting blade can be attached to a gear part when mounting the cutting blade while the cutting blade is temporarily fixed by a blade holding bracket and a blade support bracket.SOLUTION: A bush cutter is provided in which a cutting blade 60 is fixed to rotary shaft 12 of a gear part 10 provided at a tip of a pole. The bush cutter includes a pair of holding members (30, 40) for sandwiching and holding the cutting blade 60, and is provided with means for preventing rotation (key grooves 31a, 41a, and a key part 12b) so that these may not corotate to the rotary shaft 12. In one side of the holding member, the O-ring 38 for providing radial pressure to the other holding member is provided, and is configured so that a pair of holding members (30, 40) may temporarily fixed while sandwiching the cutting blade 60. This temporarily fixed portions (30, 60, 40) are mounted to the rotary shaft 12, and fastened to a male screw part 12a by a nut 18 with a nut cover 50 attached thereto.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】 刈払機において、刈刃を取り付ける際に刃押さえ金具と刃受け金具によって刈刃を仮固定した状態でギヤ部に装着できるようにする。【解決手段】 棹の先端に設けられたギヤ部10の回転軸12に刈刃60が固定される刈払機において、刈刃60を挟み込んで保持する一対の保持部材(30、40)を備え、これらが回転軸12に対して共回りしないように回転防止手段(キー溝31a、41a、キー部12b)を設けた。保持部材の一方には、他方の保持部材に対してラジアル圧力を与えるOリング38を設け、刈刃60を挟み込んだ状態で一対の保持部材(30、40)が仮固定されるようにした。この仮固定された部分(30、60、40)を回転軸12に取り付けて、ナットカバー50を装着してナット18により雄ねじ部12aに締結する。【選択図】図1
