PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a straw cutter that facilitates assembly of a transmission shaft with a pipe shaft and prevents winding of straw, by forming a shaft for mounting rotary blades into dual-shaft configuration in a configuration of mounting the rotary blades to the pipe shaft outside the transmission shaft.SOLUTION: A straw cutter is arranged with a cutter (27) comprising fixed receiving blades (23) for receiving and cutting waste culms after the threshing processing to a cutting chamber (22) in a cutter casing (21) at the rear of a threshing device (9), and rotary blades (26) fixed to a pipe shaft (25) rotatably supported outside a transmission shaft (24) rotating around rotary shaft cores in the right and left direction.
