PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting unit configuration of a bush-cutter for preventing problems in which a long grass is hard to be cut, working cannot be continued due to the long grass after having cut, the grass also grows immediately after being cut because the root is left even in the short grass, the blade rotating at high speed is frequently chipped or damaged by obstacles of large stones and metal, and important flowers, crops or trees are frequently damaged and cut out.SOLUTION: Rod-like cutting pins 2 to be protruded by approximately 5 mm or more are installed in the upper surface and bottom of a rotary blade 1, and multiple pieces of the cutting pins 2 are installed while balancing the rotary blade 1. As an installation method, the installation is made to the rotary blade 1 via springs such as hard rubber or coil springs and elastic bodies obtained by embedding the springs such as the coil springs in the hard rubber. Also, a ring-shaped edge-cutting protection guide 8 made of metal having an inner diameter being larger than the outer diameter of the rotary blade by approximately 10 mm or more is installed in a portion of the rotary blade.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】長い草は刈り難い、刈った後の長い草のため作業を続けられないこと、短い草の場合でも、根もとが残っているから、刈ってもすぐにまた草が伸びてくること、高速で回転する刃が大きい石や金属など障害物で欠けたり、破損する場合が多いこと、大切な花や、作物、樹木などを傷つけたり、刈り切る場合が多いことなど、これらを防止する刈払機の切断部構成を提供する。【解決手段】回転刃１の上面及び下面に約５ｍｍ以上突き出るような、棒状の刈りピン２を取り付け、刈りピン２は回転刃１のバランスを取りながら、複数本取り付ける。取り付け方法として、回転刃１に、硬質ゴム、コイルバネなどのスプリング及び硬質ゴムにコイルバネなどのスプリングを埋め込んだ、弾性体を介して取り付ける。また、回転刃の部分には、回転刃の外径より約１０ｍｍ以上大きい内径のリング状の金属製の際刈防護ガイド８を取り付ける。【選択図】図６
